Thank you for shopping with HeartMind Shop. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be processed and delivered.

Processing Time

All HeartMind Shop products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

HeartMind Shop is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@heartmind.co and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. HeartMind Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@heartmind.co — we will try to update your address before production begins, but this cannot be guaranteed.
